L’Oreal Paris Kajal Magique Supreme Black Review

I’ve been using this product on and off for the last five months so let’s see how it fared.

My views:

L’Oreal Paris Kajal Magique comes in a retractable slim packaging. Upon opening the cap I do not notice any fragrance so that’s a plus point. I need at least three swipes for a nice intense look. It glides on smoothly even on the waterline.

As far as the staying power is concerned, during winter it stayed put on my upper eyelids for a good 6-7 hours with slight fading. The kajal on my waterline though started fading after 4 hours but it was hardly noticeable. During summer this kajal does not perform well. If I move around outdoors it stays on my upper eyelids for around 4 hours (taking into consideration a lot of sweat) and then started fading quickly. If I am indoors in an AC environment then the staying power is much better. It’s claims of being smudge proof, transfer proof and waterproof for upto 12 hours does not hold true.

I remove this kajal with almond oil. It is the most effective way for me to remove eye makeup.

In conclusion, I would recommend this product for college students as well as office goers. It doesn’t hurt to try this kajal at least once. There are many options in the Indian market so I will move on to some other product after I finish this one.

Rating: I would rate this product 3/5.
