Before
I start my review let me talk briefly about my hair type. I have shoulder
length hair which is naturally straight. I do not have frizzy or dry hair
either. I do suffer from hair fall every now and then. I love experimenting
with different hair colours. I was a huge fan of Livon hair serum for many
years. But I wanted to try a hair serum from another brand and hence I chose
this product.
L’Oreal
Total Repair 5 serum is packaged in a sturdy plastic bottle having a flip-top
cap. The serum is transparent and looks just like oil. I prefer using this
serum on slightly damp hair. It effectively helps in detangling hair thus
making it smooth and easy to comb. I prefer using a bit more product on my hair
ends. It doesn’t weigh down my hair and gives a subtle shine. This product
claims to contain UV filter which protects hair from sun damage.
I
personally don’t use hair serums on a regular basis as they contain tons of
chemicals. I am impressed with this product and will definitely repurchase. It
is also reasonably priced.
