This VLCC lip balm is housed in a sturdy twist up bullet tube. The cap is transparent so you can identify the shade if you have more of these.

This lip balm is pigmented. It gives a nice reddish brown colour to the lips but the colour pay off is uneven and settles into fine lines. It does not glide on smoothly either. The tint lasts for around 2 hours only. I would have preferred a glossy finish. I wouldn’t recommend using a lipstick over this lip balm.

This lip balm won’t suit dry lips. Even though I don’t have dry lips I feel this lip balm will not work well for me during winter. I love that this lip balm has SPF 15.

Well, there is great news for those having dry lips as VLCC launched the same range in glossy finish last year. In fact, I would recommend the new variant for everyone. You can buy the product here. The one which I have reviewed in this post is an older variant which is very disappointing.
