My shopping experience with Clickoncare.com

This is a sponsored review about my shopping haul from Clickoncare.com; so here are my unbiased thoughts about my experience with Click on Care.

Click on Care basically offers a great choice in health and wellness department. Here you will find all kinds of medical necessities. They also have a nutrition section wherein you come across all sorts of dietary supplements. Click on Care also offers products from brands like Avène, Lotus Herbals, Rustic Art, Libero, La Shield etc. There is also a grocery section wherein you get all the basic spices. If you are looking for a wider range of skincare and cosmetics then this site is not for you. The fashion jewellery section is not impressive at all.

Placing an order is easy. As soon as you place an order you will receive a text message on your registered mobile number. When the order is shipped another text message is sent regarding the tracking details.

I placed my order on 17^th February. My order was divided into two parts. I received the first part on 25^th February and the second part on 5^th March. I was disappointed with the late delivery. Since the products I ordered were not urgent, I could afford to wait. The oatmeal cookies which I ordered were missing from my parcel. Such type of carelessness cannot be tolerated. I didn’t bother to take up this issue with the team as I didn’t pay for this order and the products were not that important to me either.

Click on Care offers free home delivery on orders above 499 INR otherwise 50 INR will be charged for shipping. There is free cash on delivery option for orders above 899 INR (post discount) otherwise 50 INR will be charged as cash handling charges.

Overall, my experience with Click on Care was not satisfactory. If you are looking for basic medical, personal care and grocery items, then you can give this site a try.
