Cleo’s Secret Jasmine Face Toner is packaged in a sturdy plastic bottle having a spray nozzle. This toner has a strong jasmine flower fragrance. I’ve been using this toner for over a month now and I feel this is a good product. I have a few dry patches near my nose and this toner moisturizes the skin very well. I have not noticed any major changes in my complexion but it does the job of hydrating my skin very well. You can also use this toner while mixing face masks. I recommend this product for dry and combination skin. This toner can be used throughout the year.
