Baby Lips Candy Wow Raspberry comes in a retractable colourful packaging. The
crayon style packaging looks attractive and tempting!
If I
compare Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow to the other tinted lip balms I’ve used
so far, I would say that this product performs better. I like the fact that Maybelline
Baby Lips Candy Wow gives a good colour payoff. Two swipes give a rich glossy
colour. The tint lasts for nearly 3 hours and later on fades away but the faded
tint too stays on my lips for over 5 hours. The fragrance though goes away
within minutes upon application.
It is
advisable to use this lip balm on exfoliated lips or else the colour won’t
appear even on the lips. I also noticed that it tends to settle into fine
lines. Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow keeps my lips soft and moisturised for
the entire day.
As far
as the pricing is concerned I feel it is absolutely not worth it. You get only
2g of the product. A lot of cost has gone into the packaging. The only reason I
purchased this product was because I had some Paytm cashback in my wallet and
so I didn’t have to actually pay for the product or else I would have never
purchased this lip balm.
A
little word of caution here, while applying this lip balm you need to be
careful as the balm stick is very soft and moves a lot. It also tends to detach
from the base so it is best to retract the product just a wee bit and apply
using a light hand.
